Purchasing - Shipping

 

Pricing:
Our puppies are priced based on the pedigree of parents, color, pattern and gender you are interested in and also if you are wanting them for a companion/pet or for breeding/showing. All our puppies are AKC registered and we offer both, full and limited registration. Full registration will be provided at an extra expense to you.  A pet price would be the right choice for you if you do not plan to breed or show the puppy.  A full registration allows you to show the pet and register any puppies that they may have.  It is recommended that if you have a pet that you spay/neuter your pet.  Please refer to the AKC website on our links page if you have further questions about registration.
 
All new puppy owners will receive : Copy of sales contract, State of MS Health Certificate, copy of parents pedigree, AKC registration documents, copy of vet shot records, vaccination schedule, bag of Chicken Soup for the Puppy Lovers Soul food (to mix with the food you plan to use), puppy blanket with mom's scent & help with any other questions you may have.
 
Puppies will be available for pick-up at 8 weeks old & able to be shipped at 10 weeks  

Deposit:

We require a $200 deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. Puppies cannot be held until deposit is received. Our acceptance of your deposit is your guarantee that we will retain the puppy of your choice until they are old enough to go to your home.  Do not send a deposit without our agreement that the puppy is available for you. This deposit serves as our guarantee that you will be purchasing the puppy agreed upon, therefore the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is only refundable if Dixie Dog Farm is not able to provide you with the agreed upon puppy. You will be notified when your puppy is ready to for its new home. If for some reason your puppy needs to stay with us longer than the available date we will gladly keep him for you for a small boarding and grooming fee of $5 per day. We will also continue their vaccinations and deworming schedule while they are with us. If you have not made arrangements to pick up your puppy, you will have forfeited your deposit and we will begin trying to find another home for the puppy.

Payments:
We require that the puppy be paid for in full by 6 weeks of age.  We also recommend ½ the  total price paid by 3 weeks of age, if you are unable to comply with these arrangements you will need to contact us to make alternate payment arrangements.  Payments can be made by money order, cashiers check or check .  Note:  If you choose to pay by check the check must be received and processed(approx 7 - 10 business days) prior to delivery of the puppy.  No puppy will be delivered until the entire balance due has been paid and processed.
 Shipping:

We offer shipping throughout the United States (via Delta Pets First) at the purchaser's expense.  Prices will vary and shipment may be delayed due to inclement weather.  An estimate of shipping expenses in the US would be $275 - $325.  This price includes airfare, travel kennel, and health certificate. The puppy will travel with food & all documents will be shipped priority mail.  Please note, the price listed above is an estimate, pricing will have to be verified with the airline prior to shipment.
